After you fill out my inquiry form, we will schedule a discovery call! We will talk about your goals, pain points, desired expectations, and more. After assessing your unique needs, I will present you with a project proposal that outlines deliverables and project price.

Once you accept the proposal, I will send over a design agreement for us both to sign, an invoice for the project deposit, & an invite to your client portal on Notion! There, you will fill out the brand questionnaire & upload any files/inspiration you have for the project.

When all onboarding tasks are complete, I will develop your brand's positioning and strategy presentation! This includes things like brand voice, audience, market research, and two different mood boards for you to choose from that include color and type directions.

Based on the strategy that you approve and give feedback on, we refine all brand elements (like typography, colors, slogans) and create one full logo suite to present, along with illustration style, icons, and photography direction, for you to review.

A complete brand identity dives deep into your goals and your audience's desires and turn-offs to give you a strategic direction that lasts long into the future rather than trend-chasing. It also helps you rest assured that your brand has the guidelines and elements it needs to stay cohesive and trustworthy across platforms. Some stores require these kinds of organized brand elements. Not to mention, you'll just look and feel so great with a confidence that will pour out all over the place. It can change the way you show up and your audience can feel the difference!

Is your process collaborative - how will I be Involved?
Yes, my process is very collaborative! It is enough to make sure your voice, vision, and goals are being centered but not too much that you have to feel overwhelmed. For example, you are able to provide me with your Pinterest boards or other inspiration photos while we start the direction phase, which is really helpful for me if you have a vision in mind. If you have absolutely no idea, no stress! I also create brand mood boards and create the vision in the direction phase so you don't have to.

How do I know I will like the final result?
I don't guarantee anything, but the process is set up to periodically make sure we are on the same page. The questionnaire, direction, and mood board development stages help with that, as does each revision window. The project's success can be influenced by the level of attention you give in your feedback, so please be specific and articulate in your revisions. I tailor each design to the strategy, but I do have my own style, so viewing my work before our free discovery call can help you make sure we are a good fit stylistically.

How long does it usually take for brand/web design?
The basics of brand design take about 45 days from contract start date to final deliverables. This can be longer if we add on more collateral items, like business cards, packaging, social media templates, illustrations, etc. or if you need more that 2-3 business days to review presentations. You can plan for about two months for a full website design and one month for a custom homepage design. Branding + Web could take a total of 3-4 months, so it is important to book in advance before you need something to be done!
